Important

You must turn in waiver signed by a parent or guardian for each player prior to the first game of the tournament NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shootout parent waiver

Teams must check in at the registration table located at the High School at least ​1 hour prior to their first game. 

Payment is due at the time of registration. We can only accept registrations online.
